Hello Members, I wanted to share a useful userscript with you all that can enhance your forum experience. The userscript is called "WarezBook IMDB Info" and it allows you to load IMDB information about a movie or TV show shared in a post between [code] tags. You may need to reload the topic using reload button or CTRL + F5 for script to work on posts as posts are loaded generally by ajax and script doesn't automatically detect this. To install the script, you will need a userscript addon like Tampermonkey or similar. Once you have installed the addon, simply click on the "Install" button on the Greasyfork page to install the script. Tampermonkey will first time ask for access permission for IMDB URL, Just press Accept for this Domain. The script has been tested on both Chrome and Firefox browsers and works well on both. The script is based on the original userscript designed and coded by FuSiOn for the warez-bb forum, and all credit goes to the original developer. This updated version has been modified to work specifically for the Warezbook Forum members. Simply install the userscript on your browser and it will automatically detect any IMDB links shared in a post between [code] tags. It will then load important information about the movie or TV show, including the title, year of release, rating, cast, and synopsis. In addition to this, the userscript also allows you to watch trailers of the movies or TV shows right there in the post. This userscript can save you a lot of time and effort when browsing the Warezbook forum. Instead of having to open a new tab and search for information about a movie or TV show, you can simply hover over the link and see all the important details right there on the forum page.
